We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. That’s why we have a straightforward and transparent refund and returns policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and have peace of mind knowing that you can return or exchange your product if needed. Our goal is to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible, so you can shop with confidence.

  • APC processes all orders between 1-2 business days, excluding holiday periods. Please choose carefully as refunds cannot always be given after an order has been placed for change of mind or specialty orders.
  • Item exchanges must be initiated within a reasonable timeframe of receipt (provided that they have not been installed). Return shipping to APC is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. 
  • You acknowledge that once the products have been installed, you shall be deemed to have accepted the products. APC shall not be liable for the cost of removing products that have been installed.
  • If for some reason the items in your order are damaged, incorrect or faulty, APC will replace the affected products. Please document any damage or issues with photos (ideally still in original packaging) to help identify the cause so we can continue to make our service better in the future.
  • To be eligible for an exchange you must be the full paying and invoiced customer. If you did not purchase the items, you are not eligible for an exchange. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
  • Customised and specialty non stock items may not be returnable.
  • To make a return or exchange, you will need to obtain a return authorisation, please contact APC to do so.
  • A restocking fee may apply.
  • Be sure to comply with the policy above to obtain a return and exchange authorisation.
